|Q.||What is the best way to ship my garments to the buyer?|
|A.||We recommend USPS because a tracking number can be provided so that you can follow up with the shipper in case your shipment has not been received by the buyer. When an item is returned, we require the tracking number as proof that the item has been returned to the seller.
|Q.||How will Wear N Share store my clothes?|
|A.||Clothes and other items will be stored in sealed rubbermaid containers and kept on shelves in an on site building.
|Q.||What if my garment is not selling? How do I lower the price?|
|A.||You may make changes to your listing by logging into your account, click Selling, click Active Items, then select the item you want to modify to make the necessary changes. Follow the on screen instructions to complete the changes.
|Q.||How do I return an item that is too worn out to wear?|
|A.||You may return the item immediately to the seller. Once we have proof that the item has been received by the seller using the tracking number provided by your shipper, we will send you a check for the full amount or credit your bank account, whichever method you have specified for payments to you. Please let us know the reason for your return and we will contact the seller regarding the quality issue. Garments must be returned to the seller within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.
