Terms & Conditions For Sending Items To WNS For Listing

  • 1.  Member agrees to pay shipping costs to send items to WNS for listing.
  • 2.  Member agrees to pay shipping costs to have items returned after listing or have items stored by WNS at no charge.
  • 3.  Member agrees to pay $1.50 per item for listing. This cost must be paid up front before listing. Member agrees to provide CC number for listing charges or member may pay by check. Items will be listed after check clears.
  • 4.  Member has the right to price items. Member will attach price to each item by masking tape, or other means, near the item label. Member has the right to change price of any item by following the steps outlined in the listing process on the website.
  • 5.  Member understands items must be clean and comply with WNS standards. Any item WNS deems not up to standards will not be listed.
  • 6.  WNS will pressed or steam any item needing attention. WNS will not laundry or dry clean any item.
  • 7.  WNS will store items for member at no charge. WNS guarantees items will remain in original condition during storage.
  • 8.  After one (1) year of listing, if item has not sold, item will be donated to a local charity. It is up to member to keep track of time items are listed and request items be returned before the end of the twelve (12) months.
  • 9.  Items will be listed under members account so member knows when an item sells.The same terms apply for payment to member as for any listing.


General Terms And Conditions

  • 1.  Members agree to accurately describe the condition of the garments they are listing for sale and that garments are in new or gently worn condition, according to Wear-n-Share listed guidelines.
  • 2.  Members agree that when a garment is sold, the Seller must ship that garment to the Buyer within five (5) business days.
  • 3.  Buyer agrees to return any damaged garments or those of poor quality to Seller within 3 days of receipt of merchandise and to notify Wear-n-Share of the return. Member agrees to provide Wear-n-Share with the return shipping tracking number as proof that an item has been returned to the Seller.
  • 4.  Member agrees to advise Wear-n-Share of any circumstances that prevent garment from being shipped within 5 days. Failure to ship the garment within the five-day period will allow the Buyer, at their discretion, to cancel the purchase.
  • 5.  Wear-n-Share reserves the right to revoke the Membership of any Member who is found to have misrepresented the condition or quality of the garments they have listed for sale on the Wear-n-Share website.
  • 6.  Member agrees that Wear-n-Share shall have no liability for any misrepresentations made by the Seller regarding the garments purchased by Buyer.
  • 7.  Member understands that refunds will be processed within 20 days or less once Wear-n-Share receives confirmation that the item has been returned to the seller.
  • 8.  In the event of a problem that cannot be resolved directly between the Buyer and Seller, any Member may contact Wear-n-Share to discuss their concerns. All Members, however, agree that as the garments are never in the actual possession of Wear-n-Share, the sole remedy available to Wear-n-Share is to revoke the Membership of any Member found to have violated the terms of their Membership.
  • 9.  While Wear-n-Share encourages Members to freely communicate their shared experiences, the stories and opinions on the "Your Space" section of the Wear-n-Share site are not endorsed by Wear-n-Share. Should any Member post comments that Wear-n-Share, in its sole discretion, determines are inappropriate, those postings can be removed and a Member's Membership terminated.
  • 10.  As a condition of Membership, each Member agrees to release and hold harmless Wear-n-Share, its employees, officers and agents from responsibility or liability for any and all claims and causes of action related to the sale or purchase of garments on the Wear-n-Share website. The claims may include, but are not limited to, claims for breach of implied or express warranty, misrepresentation, violation of any state or federal deceptive trade practices laws, and negligence.
  • 11.  Member also agrees that should any Member attempt to take legal action against Wear-n-Share, its officers, or its employees, such legal action will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the exclusive jurisdiction for which any legal action may be taken is restricted to the venue of Dallas County, Texas.
  • 12.  Member agrees that they have been provided adequate opportunity to reach and understand the Wear-n-Share Terms of Membership prior to joining as a Member.
  • 13.  To buy or sell garments on Wear-N-Share, membership is required. However, membership is completely free!
  • 14.  When listing your item, for an additional $5.00, you may list your item as the "Feature of the Week."
  • 15.  Quality control. All garments listed must adhere to strict quality guidelines.
  • 16.  We will return to you 85% of the selling price, net any nominal costs to Wear-N-Share that maybe associated with that sale.
